ingredients for 4 people
265 g of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces and 1 cup of water.
These are the two ingredients: chocolate and water. You can add 4 tablespoons of sugar, but it’s optional. Without this sugar mousse knows much chocolate.
Place a medium bowl over another larger bowl filled with ice and cold water so that the bottom of the glass from above stay playing on ice and set aside.
Melt the chocolate, water (and sugar if desired) in a pot over a medium. Go stirring from time to time. When it is melted, place the chocolate in the bowl over the ice and come knocking. Whisk constantly until the chocolate starts to thicken during the 3 minutes 2. Careful not to hit too much, otherwise the chocolate can have a grainy appearance. Divide the mousse into four finger bowls or ramekins and serve. If you prefer the cooler mousse and slightly thicker, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
