Lemon cream with cookie!

Hi everyone welcome back!

Lose yourself in this dessert with a lemon taste heavenly. This is a quick recipe that is ready in just 20 minutes.
It really is a wonder.

200 g of cookies rich tea biscuits
6 DL of fresh cream
1 can of condensed milk
1 DL lemon juice natural
2 gelatin sheets


Preparation instructions
Soak the gelatin sheets in water. Pour the lemon juice into a bowl, add the condensed milk and stir well.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream into whipped cream really steady. Drain the gelatin sheets, take them to melt in a Bain-Marie or in the microwave without boil and add the whipped cream, and hitting some more. Add after the mixture of condensed milk and fold gently until creamy.
Finely chop cookies in the food processor. In a deep Bowl, arrange alternate layers of cream and wafer, and the last must be cream. Decorate to taste take first the fridge to stay cool before serving.
